2010 Fuso Canter 4x4 Motorhome
(Hi/Low Range FG84)
2010 Fuso Canter 4x4 Model FG84, Crew cab - 7 seats, around 208,000kms (June 2022).
4.9L Turbo Diesel, 5 speed manual, Hi & Low range 4x4 with locking hubs
Very clean engine and components, I hate oil leaks so I have had any diesel or oil leaks repaired during my travels, the truck has been well looked after.
Serviced every 10,000kms including oil, 2 x fuel filters, 1 x oil filter, 1 x air filter replaced after 20,000kms. Air filter cleaned every service. Most use was on road since I have owned it, not a lot of off-road use, but good to know it can go just about anywhere if you need to. Full coolant flush in 2021.
Registered until 12th September 2022.
New Air Conditioning components installed in 2021 in Freemantle ($4k), also new interior dash air fan installed in 2021.
Roof (crew cab seam) rust repaired, resealed, resprayed in Collie in 2021 by Ian Guppy (cost just over $2k). It is common to have the seam leak a little after several years, this has been sorted - these guys do a very good job.
Tuned by Reaper Performance Diesel in Perth - safe tune and the tuning results are in the photos, very good improvement in torque and horsepower to help with towing.
Fully engineered as a Motorhome (Mobile Caravan), WA rego is around $700/yr.

250L Fuel Storage - 2 x 125L Tanks with solenoid valve fuel pump from sub to main via switch in the cab.
Shocker tow hitch (has airbag) - smooths out towing bumps and protects trailer/caravan as bumps can otherwise transfer through to the caravan as well as making the truck ride rougher, I have driven without the Shocker hitch initially and it so much smoother with the Shocker hitch.
Redarc brake controller with dial installed in dash (0-10 settings).
Fuel Consumption - around 16-20L/100km with the truck only, obviously depends on many factors such as headwind, truck load and speed. About 22-26L/100km towing our 3T caravan. I usually drive about 90-100km/h maximum.
Things to note: Some light scratches on sides of motorhome from a few narrow tracks we have been down as to be expected when off road.
Completely custom-built by previous owner, who used the truck for a lap of Australia with his family. I purchased the truck off him in December 2020 and have been towing a 3T caravan on and off for the last 30,000kms that I have owned it. We have moved into a house to settle in Margaret River WA now so we no longer need the truck to live on the road.
Motorhome body sits on spring-mounted platform
Aluminium composite panelling, with 50mm insulated foam panelling on inside.
12V electric pop-top roof 4 x lifting mechanisms, you can easily sleep in the truck without putting the roof up also.

Motorhome was built to travel with a 4-wheeler ATV inside, it has tie-down points and large doors to drive the ATV in one side and out the other. Or you can use the space for dirt bikes or mountain bikes.
The left-side garage door also has a motorhome door and screen installed so you can enter/exit much easier.
